The Tri-Bathe is restricted to guests 18 years old and above.
Guests receive towels and drinking water; additional drinks and snacks can be purchased on arrival.
The tri-bathe experience is not suitable for pregnant guests.
Our revitalising Tri-Bathing Experience is a modern take on the ancient practice of contrast therapy. Set in your own exclusive space overlooking the Shotover River, this transformative 60-minute ritual uses a carefully sequenced combination of heat, cold, and hydrotherapy to stimulate circulation, sharpen focus, and restore the body.
Begin with a rejuvenating steam shower to open your pores and release tension. Then, sink into a hot tub with hydrotherapy jets to relax muscles and calm your mind. Finish with an invigorating cold plunge to reduce inflammation, support recovery, and leave you feeling mentally clear and physically rebalanced. Perfect after a hike, a ski day, or whenever your body craves a reset.
Please note: Booking includes changing time. Separate changing facilities are available should you need additional time to get ready post-soak.
*Eucalyptus, known for its refreshing and clarifying properties is used in the steam shower. If you have any sensitivities or allergies, we advise you not to use the steam shower.
